To enhance the transactional banking experience for clients of FNB Wealth, specifically those under the FNB Private Wealth and RMB Private Bank brands. The project aimed to introduce a new Wealth Rewards programme tailored to the unique needs of Wealth transactional banking clients. This programme simplified the existing rules and now drives the desired banking behaviours by offering rewards based on specific criteria. The ultimate objective was to help clients enjoy their wealth through a generous array of rewards and value-added products.
FNB Private Wealth and RMB Private Bank clients now have the ability to view their rewards and benefits on the My Rewards tab within their Online Banking profile. This feature provides both an overall and detailed view of their monthly rewards across various earn categories. Clients are clearly informed about the requirements to qualify for rewards and are provided with helpful "hints and tricks" to maximize their earning potential.
